What is Dentread?
Dentread OS is the Operating System for Dentistry. It brings together AI Analytics, Dentofacial Diagnostic Reporting, Image Management & RIS-PACS, Lab & Imaging Centre Workflows and Practice Management, all on one patient record, on the web and on mobile.
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. Start with AI Analytics or a radiologist’s report on the scans you already take, or try Dentread free for 30 days alongside the software you already use.
How long does setup take?
We set up Dentread and train your team in two days.
Can you move my old records?
Yes. We move past records and images as a paid service.
AI Analytics
What is AI Analytics?
A self-serve service for ceph, patient photo and intraoral scan (IOS) analysis. You upload the file, run the AI yourself, see the results in minutes and use them to plan treatment and explain it to the patient.
Is it part of Dentofacial Diagnostic Reporting?
No. AI Analytics is self-serve. A radiologist’s report is a separate service.
Does AI replace my clinical judgement?
No. AI does the analysis for you to review; the diagnosis and the treatment decision stay with you. For a written opinion, order a radiologist’s report.
Reports & services
How long does a radiologist’s report take?
Typically 8 to 10 working hours*, and all reports within 24 working hours*. *Working hours: 10 am–6 pm IST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Who prepares the reports?
An experienced team of dental radiologists, led by Dr. Sharad Sahai (BDS, MDS in Oral Medicine, Diagnosis and Radiology).
Where do I find my report?
Reports go straight into the patient’s record in your dashboard at cloud.dentread.com, with no email attachments to lose.
How do I pay?
From your Dentread Wallet, which you can recharge by card, UPI or net banking.
Are prices published?
No. Prices depend on the service and region, so we share the rate card directly. Message us on WhatsApp or ask during a demo.
Devices & data
Which machines work with Dentread?
Any DICOM-compatible imaging machine from any vendor, plus intraoral and face scanners and cameras.
Do I need new hardware?
No. The only thing you install on clinic computers is the image sync app.
Is patient data secure?
Dentread is HIPAA & DPDP compliance-ready. Patient data is stored securely in the cloud, not on a single clinic computer.
